Runner up in Best Cookery School Website competition

I’m really delighted to hear that client Vanessa Kimbell’s website – www.sourdough.co.uk – is runner up in the Looking To Cook “Best Cookery School Website” competition. You can see the results and the other winners here.

I’ve been working with Vanessa for a number of years on her site. The inspiration and overall design are Vanessa’s.

We built the site using the Foodie theme as it is a very versatile theme and lends itself well to customisation. There is now a new version of this theme called Foodie Pro (affiliate link) so if you are looking for a minimalist food theme then do take a look at this one.

The site started as a blog offering sourdough baking courses and we’ve introduced the shop, had fun building the British artisan flour mills map and the latest new feature is The Sourdough Club where members will get access to exclusive course notes, advice and recipes.

Vanessa works hard on her website and really deserves the recognition from Looking To Cook. Well done 🙂
