Website care plan
Focus on your business and let us manage the upkeep of your website with our website care plan. It provides you with peace of mind that your website is backed up, secure, and up to date.
Our plan includes
- Web hosting, optimised for WordPress, on UK servers
- SSL certificates
- One-click staging to test changes and updates
- Daily backups of your database and files.
- Malware and virus scanning
- Software updates to WordPress core files, plugins and the Genesis Framework
- Small changes to your website, eg updates to pages, forms, images and navigation
- Ask us for help and advice about WordPress and websites
Price
£78 per month per website, paid by direct debit.
If your website is e-commerce or has functionality such as a membership, restricted access to content, events and tickets, or is multilingual then there is an additional fee of £15 per month to cover the extra support.
This is a service we offer to all our website clients. We also offer this service to anyone with a WordPress website built using the Genesis Framework after an initial assessment of the website.
Options
- Don’t need hosting but still want our website care plan? We can give you a price without hosting – just tell us who you host with and we’ll give you a quote.
- Planning on maintaining your website yourself and just want our backup & restore service? We offer this at £15 per month.
Support & small changes
We offer help with small changes charged on a simple pay-as-you-go basis, our hourly rate is £80 .
- You’ve set up your website yourself but there are just a few tweaks you need a little help with
- You know exactly what you want, but you just need someone with the know-how to set it up for you
- You’ve got some questions and just can’t find the answers you need
We can help you get your head around things that have perhaps been bugging you with your website, but you can’t quite sort it out on your own.
Training
Would you like to be shown how to do things for yourself? Our one-to-one training sessions are totally bespoke to your exact needs and will help you gain the confidence to fly solo and digitally drive yourself forwards.
We can help you to:
- Make adjustments to your website – widgets, plugins and tools will all become clear!
- Add and re-arrange your content so it flows so much better
Our training services are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis with our hourly rate being £80.
